How To Read
X Axis – Measures Quality – how well the specification and design is defined, understood and mapped in the document
Y Axis – Measures Coverage – looks at the level of innovation and clarity used focusing on the Product Design aspects of the document
Size of Bubble – Measures Coherence – indicates the potential effectiveness of the team and the extent to which all specification and design issues have been addressed
